The National Sales Manager will develop the sales strategy in the UK market; he or she will manage and develop the sales team. The candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales. Management experience is preferred. The position is field based and will involve nation-wide travel.
The role will involve:
· Recruiting, training, leading and motivating the sales team including the setting, monitoring and review of targets.
· Develop sales strategy in the clothing industry market.
· Growing the business by developing both new and existing accounts.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong people management skills
· Excellent communication & leadership skills.
· Track record (2-5 years) in managing national account and achieving growth.
· A high degree of customer focus.
· Computer skills.
